The Red Rover Mine was purchased in 1960 by Lawrence Tozier.
Lawrence and his wife Lola sold their Orange Groves in San Juan Capistrano California, looking for a quieter life in the Arizona desert.
Today the property is owned by the children of Lawrence and Lola Tozier.
